hOPSCOTCH - package not delievered, constant delay

Order Number ***********, was ordered on **th Sep and was to be delievered on **th. But when till **th i didnt recieve the order and didnt hear from them either so i called on which i was promised by Aditya from CC team that it will be delievered to me within **hours and next day he refused. I have not recieved my order till date and now they are telling me that my order has been cancelled. i feel cheated and seems the company works on their own will. After you have paid them also THEY will decide whether they will deliever the package or not, when it will be delievered and whether in case of delay it will be calncelled. All is the wish of the company.
