The company refuses to accept returns of unused product in its original packaging within * days as per its own policy . Vague reason was cited for this " we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks" There is no way of contacting them on phone and email sent does not get responded to in well over ** hours!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
