the request for return has been pending with the company even after many repeated reminders the returns have still not been collected. Also one of the product was found defective upon first use for which details were provided to the said firm first they replied approving the exchange stating that the product had a three month warranty & later upon reminder to collect refused to exchange .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
