Loomsncrafts - Returning product

I have done online shopping from loomsncrafts on ** th of april****..bought one saree and I received the product on *th of may.The quality of the saree was very bad it was looking like cleaning cloth.so I requested them to return the product on same day..while placing the order that owner spoke to me very nicely and quickly replied to all my queries,but while returning her response was very bad and harassing way.she was not picking up my call and she only replied me in WhatsApp..their site was not at all working..I was not able to read any of their policies.dn she told me she will refund money in their account so that I buy other saree from their site..I refused that offer and later she gave phone to one guy and he spoke with me politely and agreed to refund my money to my bank account..still she was rude..she was not telling me how to return product.dn I gave * star in their fb page so suddenly she called me bk and she asked me send the product by myself and she asked me to pay shipping charge..then I gave complaint in consumer forum but heard it will take some time for action..I am from Bangalore and I think she is from Kolkata..pls do some action immediately..attaching some WhatsApp chats screenshot for showing the way behaved to me.
