Uptownie - Returned the product but no refund

I ordered a * piece co-ord set from uptownie on **th January. I received order on *feb. It was so loose n v bad material so I raised a return n my return was picked up on *th February . Since then I am asking them for refund of ₹****. No msges replied. Nothing at all.
