Vastrova - Returned the product but didn't get refund

I purchased a product from vastrova with order number: VT************ worth Rs.****. I got the product of very low quality, so returned it back. The product got delivered to them successfully.
But regarding refund I made many requests, mailed to them, messaged through messenger multiple times. But the did not reply to any. Before the purchase I read their website thoroughly, it is nowhere mentioned that refund amount will be credited in vastrova account. Later they replied saying that refund will be credited to vastrova account. Now they didn't refund it either to vastrova account or to bank account.
