Meesho - Return was never pick up Meesho

Order id - #******************, We had raised return request for bad quality on day * but order didnt get pick up even after more than ** days. Contacted customer care multiple times but no resolution. No reply over email. Since its been more than ** days they cancelled the request and now i cant even raise a new one. This is a new scam which is being run by meesho.
