The service of the Xpress bees Cuttack Branch is pathetic. I am sorry, but the people working in Cuttack branch are most unprofessional and a bunch of scamps. My courier entered the city on **-June-****, and it is yet to be delivered (Link: https://shiprocket.co/tracking/***************?token=*ea***bf******de***c*****cc*db*f*e*******a***a**f***d****fe&t=bd**b). They are consistently giving excuse that I am out of station which is a lie because every one is staying at home due to COVID-** lockdown. When I call the executives, they switch off the phone.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
