Myntra Design Pvt Ltd - Return Tag misplaced by delivery guy so refund not providing

The product was returned and accepted by delivery guy on **th sept. I received message on *st oct that return is declined due to quality check issue as price tag was missing. After multiple calls i requested them to provide refund once i provide proof.I mailed myntra cctv footage of the delivery guy who came to take return checking price tag clearly and then accepting the product which shows price tag was misplaced by delivery guy and not me. Still myntra is not ready to accept its mistake and provide me refund. I call there multiple times in a day but no reply. Also now they are saying product is returned back to me but it is not. I demanded for proof of the same and they dont have any. Now i dont have product and also my money is gone. i have cctv footage and all call recordings against them. Also senior said that once i mail video my refund would be initiated which she cleared lied. Kindly help me to get my refund as it was mistake of delivery guy and myntra.
