ANITA GIRI filed complaint against Meesho on May 11, 2022
This regarding is tracking ID R*********FPL for Meesho order ************_*_dml . The package has been picked by **th Apr and yet I did not receive any pick up slip/SMS on successful pickup. Rather it is been updated as QC_failed status i.e product is rejected at customer doorstep whereas I do not have the product back. I have been calling Meesho customer care for my refund since past two weeks but they are unable to process as the product status is not correctly updated. They need the pick up slip.
Kindly assist and share the pick up slip or handover the delivery package again.
