I had placed an order for a watch with Nykaa fashion. They delivered a defective piece as the watch is not ticking. Its a watch worth *****/- and I have mailed them, sent messages on their customer support chat, reached out their instagram handle as well.
No resolution has been provided and the TAT for same is already crossed. They have been telling me that they will contact the manufacturer and get the response but still no solution to the problem.
Nykaa is going for an IPO and with this kind of customer service I doubt they will be sustainable.
I want my money back and they should come and pick up the defective product.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
