I ordered * items from nykaa but only * had delivered, one is not delivered many days delay, I have waited for many days but it was not delivered nor I can't track where my product reached, so I contacted the customer service several times to cancel it, it was not refunded till now but it is seen in my phone that it was already delivered, but I don't receive anything,neither my money is not refunded nor I receive the product.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
