Shop clues online shopping - Return request rejected of two of my orders

My two orders *********,*********, which I ordered on ** dec.****, and delivered ,sorry , not delivered, I brought them from the office of blue dart karnal near do Kisan Haryana photostat ******. (They never deliver my orders. Always refuse by saying no person for delivery there) on * January **** . And put return request after * hour. But the shop clue rejected my return request of order no. ********* at same time and the order no. ********* return request was closed on * January. On * January I did again. Once they accepted but after an hour closed again. Then again I call them. Then they accepted. But the Currier company ( blue dart) never deliver my orders. All of my orders from Amazon, club factory, paytm mall, shop clues, are sent back to the related company without asking me. They make excuse of unavailable of me without made any call to me. I have SMS notifications of blue dart and shop clues. Of delivery and notifications of I was not available to receive delivery.
I have both proves call records and bills of both of the companies (shop clues and blue dart)
