I have ordered a chemistry sweatshirt(orderno-*******-*******-*******) and returned it coz it is not new one looked like already used, monday(**nov ****) i received the product returned it on wednesday and i received a msg stating the return request has been rejected due to stains/quality issues raised a complaint with myntra but of no use, reshipped the product back to me on friday
Again from the same order thread i ordered Tolkyo talkies jeans received a wrong product (not same as what shown in the image) returned it (return id--********** )because of this reason and the quality check team again rejected the return request stating the reason-'wrong product picked up from the customer' shipped me back the product
I tried reaching out to myntra...raised many complaints but everything went in vain, they just closed the ticket without resolving...tried reaching out them on twitter too no use...
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
