My name is thilak Gowda and I bought one fastrack watch with order number-******* on *st October **** from fastrack.in website and I am not satisfied with quality of product so I put for return request on *nd october **** for refunding. but albeit I called to their customer care many times and raised a complaint on this, they not even tried to receive the product which I have returning till date.
And now, I request you to rectify this ASAP.
