Fastrack.in - Refund not given

I had ordered a watch from Fastrack official website on ** April and paid through google pay. I received the confirmation mail for my payment but I didn't receive any confirmation for my order from Fastrack. I contacted them and later I was informed that my order was unsuccessful and they will refund me within * days but there's no refund yet and even they are not responding to my emails.
