Jabong.com - Return request not taken

I had ordered a kurta from jabong...
And wanted to initiate a return fr the same within the time limit fr the return by the company.. first they showed on their site that return will be taken.. then no courier services came to take the return.time passed .. thn again i called n had a talk with the customer care ,they said now u cannot return becz time has passed fr which the return could be taken..
Somehw whn i requested as it was their fault they said they will again try to send the courier fr reverse pickup. Bt nothng was done evn then
Again i had toh cal... continous * .. * times wasting my time f.. n still nothing
Thn i hd toh go somewhere due to urgent issues.. was unable to send the product by self post.
Now whn i returned i cled on customer care.. tgey they can do nothing fr it.. as they also contacted their seniors on this issue.

Also i had ordered on **th aug * products n prepaid **** something money...
They never tried to deliver the prepaid product n now say they hv returned to the ware house.
They say tht buy the product on a new price..n one of the product is out of stock also.means i invested my **** rps before hand... for last ** days..now the company says sorry they cannot.
Means i wasted my time in searching selectng the item.. pre paid n now again they are sorry.
They are sorry fr everythng.
This is what jabong is doing.
I want my return req fr my blue kurta back..nyhow it is of no usei cannot afford to waste my *** rps.

Also if shop fr jabong.. plz be aware everybody.
They are most of the times sorry fr nothing
