Meesho - Return Request not processed even after escalation order id

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased a Kurti from Meesho and raised a return request within the *-day period after delivery. However, Meesho has neither processed my return nor provided any proper update. I have already contacted their support multiple times, and they informed me that the issue was escalated, but no action has been taken for several days.

I request your assistance in ensuring that Meesho processes my return/refund as per their policy.
