had ordered two (same)dinner sets from Myntra on ** Aug. ****.I got them delivered on ** Aug. which was delayed delievery .Both the products are damaged.So I made return request on ** Aug....but until today they have not approved my return request.I am constantly calling them...but sometimes they say my only one request has been approved...and asking me to self ship the product without any assurance of refund...almost daily they are mailing me asking for images and barcodes and invoices....I had replied them many times.they are still sending me mails .But seemes they are not ready to take back their damaged products.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
