Uptowine - Return request is not working

The product didn't fit me well so I wanted to return but when I'm trying to return the items in their website it's continuously showing that the order has not fulfilled but it actually has been fulfilled since it was delivered and it was showing on the order page that the order is fulfilled. Still they are not accepting the return request and showing the same thing. I think it's a fraud and fake website. Do not buy from this. They are cheating with people and moreover I emailed them for * to * times but they didn't even think once to reply them. So it's clear that they are a fraud and fake website.
