Rust Orange - Return request is not been attempted .

I have ordered a kurta worth Rs.*** from rust orange on December *st and received the product on December **th. I requested for a return because of the poor fabric of the kurta on the received day itself.
I've been chasing customer care through emails and they are replying to the mail saying the product will be picked up in the next * days from December ** but it has not been picked up till now .
