Rust Orange - Rudeness of the customer care representative

Please be aware of placing orders with this company. They seem to be very unprofessional and have no courtesy against their customers. I had placed an order on **th of august for two kurtis with cod. My order no is R*D****. Since my order has not been received till today I made a call on their customer care number ********** at arnd **:** am. The person on the other side was so rude in talking. He told me that an amount of rs ** would be deducted from my account and so he needed my account no to verify the order. On being asked the reason he had no proper answer. And then i told him that i dont have an account number or any debit card and that is the reason i have placed this order as cash on delivery. So then he told that your order will not be delivered very rudely. I further told him to atleast talk nicely and you can add the ** rs in the total bill amount and take it as cod. But he was not ready to do that and very bluntly told that i m keeping the phone and your order will not be delivered. When i told him that i can complain against your company for being so rude he told me do whatever you want to and disconnected the call. Is this how you treat your customers??
