Lifestyle - Return request has not been processed

I have requested to the team many a many times for a return of products but they aren’t taken any action for it... My order no. is **********, they have give us **days replacement time but after i have received my order within *-** days i had requested for return but no response. I am very disappointed as they always disconnected the call whenever i called to customer care.
