I ordered a dress from myntraa few days ago. I received it on **nd October. It did not match the product image and there were fitting issues as well. So I filed for a return the next day, **rd, and they came to connect it on **th. The tags and everything still on. On **th itself the return was put on hold saying it was used. And today, **th, I got a message saying it was rejected. How can I use a product when I received it a day before I filled the return. The product was in the same quality it was delivered it and these people are just scamming and hogging money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
