Mivi - Return product did not received in warranty period and close the ticket

I purchased a mivi air bud on date **.**.**** and received the product on **.**.****. There was a problem with my product and I complained to MIVI service center and they assured for repair. I sent the product with my money via courier. They received the product but did not send me back. Firstly they told me that they sent the product to the same address and also provided the tracking ID but it was fake. Then I had to provide the alternate address and now they have closed the ticket. Please look into the matter.
