I have placed an HRX sorts bra from Myntra on *th September **** and due to size issue, I wanted to return my product since the exchange policy was not applicable for the same product. Hardly I have given a trial for * minutes for just checking the fit. It's more than obvious if a person ordering anything defiantly he/she will give a trial.
The day I have raised a return request within * days it has picked up and the very next day I got a notification that the return request can not be processed further because the product has failed in the’ Quality check process ’. Is this really relevant???.
I have raised complaint multiple times but doesn't get any satisfactory response yet .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
