I ordered two jewelry sets on ** November ****, but customer received only one set, but they charged for two sets , So I raised return request on ** November ****, they collected that set from customer but concern department didn't received that jewelry set which is picked by customer, so I raised a complaint about this and also about tat missing product , then they refund my amount for only one set, and the another set is again returned to customer, customer wants to return the product , so I raised return request from on * December **** , till now. that means *- * times I raised request, every time they canceled the return request I don't know why they react like this, this is worst customer service I never had

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
