Jio mart - Return pickup is not done

I have order a Sansui *.* ton *Star Inverter Split AC, Model Name- JSE***SI****. Jio Mart application shows that the warranty is *year manufacturing, * years on PCB and ** years on compressor. But the user manual from the item show that the warranty is only of * year manufacturing and * year on compressor. So, I have placed a request that either return the product or provide me the complete warranty as shown on the jio Mart application. I have ordered the product on **th April and requested for return on **th April, from then it's still showing to wait for *-* working days.. when I call the customer care, they closed my return request and placed a new request of repair on **th April, by stating that i have installed the product from outside, while the product is packed at my home. They are not responding to my concern and everyday ask me to wait and just mentally torturing everyday.
