I've ordered two footwear and a wallet and got delivered on *th August. Two products are unfit and initiated return right after receiving. Later, for straight * days i used to get messages that pickup partner tried to pickup but didn't work out. The thing is i didn't receive not even one call from pick-up guy since then. Then i contacted customer support and after trying many times one agent came in contact and explained me the service guy marked fake attempts, and she raised complaint and told me resolution will be given by **.**.****. Now when I'm checking the update. It's not even showing return status and complaint is closed. What kind of customer support is this??? Again i requested for return and hoping it will workout at least this time. Or else I'll take this to next level. Thanks and regards.
