Ajio Shopping App - DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RECIEVED RETURN PICKUP DENIED SAYING PRODUCT DETAILS DONT MATCH
TASNEEM SHABBIR ASAMI filed complaint against Ajio Shopping App on Aug 2, 2021
Order placed on **st July & received a worn-out box and used defective product on **th july.Return requested and shadow fax executive came to pickup product on **th July & denied stating that AJIO has not sent them any information about the same.
Multiple requests & emails raised for the same however no response.
Customer service number is nt responding too.
Every other day I kept receiving a message stating that I should re-request a pickup which I did & everytime no executive turned up & I received a message stating pickup is failed due to product details not matching.
**-** emails have been sent to ajio since **th July & have not received a single response.
This is highly unprofessional & unacceptable and my money has been confiscated by AJIO without my fault.
I was advised on the text message by AJIO to re request return by selecting the reason as " wrong item shipped " which I did & still have been denied pick up for the same.i want my money and I will never shop with this app again.
