Myntra - Return picked up but yet showing that product is with me

One of my product united color of benetton shirt was picked up on **th june afternnon *.** pm by the delivery executive..but i didnt receive any confrmation mail and came that return request failed..and that it will be reattempted again..i called myntra executive the next day and lodged a complaint about ths issue...its been more than * working days and yet there is no response from your side and whats more annoying is that everyother day some delivery boy comes for the return pickup of the shirt which was picked up long back on **th junem...this is utter mismanagement on ur part and brings a very bad reputation to the brand..i ll definitely hesitate again to buy from ur brand agaon..i need solution for this problem as it is ur responsibility to track the delivery executive who had cheated by doing this..else i might have to go to higher judicial authorities for justice and mental harrassment caused by this fault of yours
