It is indeed surprising from AMAZON that no-one is bother to deliver proper service in customer support.
I purchased a product from AMAZON please find below details :

I already requested for Return & Refund request to AMAZON due to inadequate item received but no any progress happened til date. They don't have pick up service for returning the product.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
