Myntra - Return package pickup not accepting telling to self ship

I had ordered on dinner set and i received it broken.i initiated return request but they pickup is not available at this pin code. The same pincode they delivered my product. I called customer care they said u have to self ship to myntra ware house no other option is there. I asked y not you mentioned at the time of ordering . They had no answer only said to courier the item urself. This is totally frustrating. How come is this possible that pickup is not available at same pincode where product is delivered. Totally rubbish
