Worldmarts in - Return package not delivered to worldmarts

I ordered product from worldmarts it is laptop battery cost rs **** but unfortunately I received faulty product so i request them return then they schedule my return pickup with order id R_****** and tracking ID is ************** & pickupcode DLVPC********** yesterday on ** Jun **** they send me acknowledgement mail that your return is delivered to worldmarts but when I asked for refund to worldmarts they says that they still not received product
