Worldmarts in - Refund not given and harassment from worldmart

COMPLAINT AGAINST WORLDMART
*. I purchased Lenovo think pad E*** laptop battery from Worldmart of INR ****/- (Order ID ******)and it was delivered on dated **/**/**. The battery was faulty hence I asked for refund on email .Worldmart replied on email that they will give refund after they receive the battery. Proof of their email is attached below
Now when they received the product they are saying that they cannot give refund. Proof of their email is attached below
When i told them that I will complaint in consumer forum then they themselves damaged the battery and are saying that they cant give refund. At every moment they are harassing me.Proof of their email is attached below
My question is when they mailed me that they will refund the amount then why they are not giving me refund and telling me it is against the policy. If it was against the policy they why they mailed me that they will give refund.
Please register complaint against worldmart for harassing the customer and I want my money back as early as possible.
