Shadowfax - Return order from Ajio picked up by shadowfax and marked as pickup cancelled

This is with respect to my pickup done by Shadowfax, of Ajio I ordered an item on ** may **** from Ajio but due to a fit issue, I filed a return request for the item. I got a pickup msg on *th June **** from shadowfax but nobody came to pick it up , this continued for * days. Shadowfax keep marking it as pickup attempted but no one came or called up regarding the same it was just a fake update. On *th June the pickup boy came and my flatmate gave him the item as he showed the picture, I was not at the flat so he said he will call me and get the OTP . But I never recieved any call or text, in fact when I tried calling him he did not pick up.After picking up the item, he marked it as pick up cancelled. Ajio is showing no item returned, but I have returned it but the delivery boy marked it as cancelled. now I don't have the item an my money is gone too. Shadowfax is a scammer.
