Flipkart Internet Private Limited Bangalore - return or replacement is not happening

I had purchase for thomson smart tv with order id OD******************.
I was so happy that i got delivery with in * days. But when installation engineer came he said there is a dot present in the screen & i am going to submit report and you will get replacement. After this i got call for second engineer visit from flipkart after waiting and follow up for *-** days.
Now i am getting frustrated with flipkart service. Either give me a replacement with fast delivery neither request you for return. Or else send replacemend tv and engineer together. As i don't have capacity to tolerate this thing.
