Myntra - Return on hold

On **th of sept, i receive my myntra package. When i open the box i see the product is fresh/ Unused/ All tags along, But a bit dirty from innerside.. ** times a place a call request but i didn't get call from myntra. And after call time period is over, then get message that , we are sorry, we couldn't connect you. Then i raise a return, Their mytra logistics courier boy arrives and pickup my package and i get a message that your order has picked up.. But at evening i get a second message that your return request is on hold because product fails in quality check. Then i raise a complaint and they tell me wait till **th of sept you will get an update from our end. From that time to till i didn't get any update from myntra. I send so many e-mails/ messages to him, but didn't get any feedback. I connect him through facebook also , their they say, we replied you via inbox,kindly check.because they want to show other customer that they aren't fraud, they reply every comment on their facebook posts. But MYNTRA is really fraud. On facebook messanger, Everyday they say one of our case manager will contact you. But i didn't see any case manger yet. I have every screnshot. Also i call him daily , they say wait ** hours . From that time to till there are so many ** hours has gone and i didn't get any call from any case manager.. I request you again, for the sake of god please initiate my refund. My return id is:- **********
