Hi,
I have purchased the refrigerator on *th of June and at the time of delivery I told them to take it back as there was many defect which I have mentioned in the delivery slip. But instead of taking it back, the logistics team misguided me by saying that I have * days time to return it. And also said that I have make a confirmation from the customer care before returning. So, immediately I have called to the customer care but unable to connect with them as per there rule they will call us back.The delivery person assured me that they know the rule very well and not to worry. Next day when I have received the call back I have explained them everything and they have registered a complaint but still no action have been taken. The complaint ID : **********.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
