I purchased a product (Shoe)in snapdeal,shoe size is not fit for me so I placed return request but no one came to get return of product if I call customer care they saying am not eligible to return the product...it's totally unfair...
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
