Hathway indore - Return of modem

I have been harassed to pay charges of modem by Hathway Indore as I haven't modem which I have been using for more than an year.
They warning me for a legal notice. Due to this Pandemic of COVID-**, I anyhow managed to return to my place and left the modem there itself. I can assure you that even if I would have called them to receive the modem, they won't come on time, there service is that poor.
I am attaching the proof.
