I have hathway broadband connection with account id ********** since dec ****
I have never seen such a rediculous support form any private service provider company
My net is down since morning i called over * * peoples from hathway but nobody responded and some of them stopped picking calls also

It is affecting my work from home from they dont care
Worst ever experience from hathway
