Shreshta filed complaint against Medlife on Dec 16, 2019
I have ordered in medlife on Dec * **** and received leakage products. So I have asked for return of the product. Its been ** days from date of delivery and no one has come to pick up the return of the product. Instead am getting SMS that I am not available. Raised multiple complaints via emails to care@medlife.com and called the customer care multiple times. The customer support team (both call and email) were very impolite and unprofessional behavior. They dint gave proper response and went on just raising the tickets and one sad part is customer wont get any mail regarding the complaint they have raised neither they can get to know the status of it. I am not getting responses to the emails which i have sent to the customer support. Apart from all these they have updated the status in MedlifeApp as "ReturnDelivered", status as "PickUpCompleted" and refund amount to be paid as "*". Am not sure how can they update like this when I still have the products with me and that return never happened. I have escalated via email by sending all the proofs for the points which I mentioned above still no response. I have been waiting in customer support calls and they disconnect after **-** mins after a long wait. They told they have arranged for a call back to me and that also never happened. I lost trust in their services. I want my refund amount and once its done I will never order from medlife again.
