Sir,
I purchased Samsung f** from flipkart on ** July **** on switch on the device I found that the display is deffective there are thick white lines on the display. So I requested for replacement. Flipkart assured me technician visit from jeeves before *st August ****. But no technician visited or contacted me till * August and August *nd I got informed that my replacement request was rejected by technician. Without any inspection or contact with me.
Today I am again requested for replacement of Samsung f** and I got call from flipkart to wait for technician visit. The failure of technician visit on due time is the irresponsibility of flipkart for that they are again asking me to wait for another week. On my enquiry with jeeves, they had no idea about technician visit
