Extra item was picked up while returning go colors black leggings. White leggings was also picked up and later on when white leggings was out for return pick up, wrangler jeans was picked up. Later on when wrangler jeans was scheduled for return pick up, I had no item for return pick up. Hence my return request stands cancelled. So in fact I have not received refund on * items - Go colors white leggings and wrangler jeans.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
