A la mode by Akanksha - Return not picking up and I want my return amount now in my bank

I ordered one dress from the brand, it came I didn’t like the overall fit and look of the dress so wanted to return it
They said they will issue the credit note but nothing is happening, these people are generating the return request everytime I text or mail them, but nothing is happening
I get the text that parcel will be picked up but it doesn’t and it’s been more than a month, if this is the service I never want to order again and want my return amount in my bank account
