- Ordered two dresses from the site
- Recieved one dress, asked for a size exchange. Was informed they don't have the requested size
- Regarding dress two - they never updated the site and I was informed " they never had it in stock"
- Since they don't have my size, I asked for a refund
- They refuse to give me the money saying only credit note - but they don't have my size
Please help
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
