Pepperfry furniture - Return not picked up

I bought a queen size mattress from Pepperfry which was delivered on *th January. As the size was too small I immediately placed a return request and gave them all details including pictures to support my request. I have been following up over chat and email for the past * weeks for them to arrange the return. There's barely any response and I am so frustrated. I want to escalate it in all possible channels
