I ordered a product but the product delievered was of different colour i requested for return due to its bad quality but the pick up was cancelled as the pick up guy said the product does not have the same colour as the product ordered . I called help centre and they approved my return request but no one has came since and i have tried so many times and they keep saying that it will be done in * or * days but still no response.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
