The return was placed for * items ** days ago and still no response from Brand Factory team, They have a pathetic customer service and i had waited an hour for them to respond the call.
There are issues in picking up order as the tags didnt get recognized in their system and then people are least bothered about it.
I did find most of them had raised complaints on this regard.
